This is a paper mailer envelope that seals with a peel-and-seal adhesive strip and opens with a pull-to-open tear tab. It prints full color on white or grey board, or with water-based ink on kraft, so the same structure works as a brand-forward mailer or a plain economical one. Because it is all paper, it replaces the poly mailer with a recyclable option. It is made for e-commerce and direct shipments of soft or flat goods such as apparel, accessories, prints, and printed matter.

Peel-and-seal, pull-to-open
The closure is built for fulfilment speed and clean opening. Staff peel the liner and press the flap to seal in one motion, with no tape gun, and the recipient pulls the tear tab for a clean open that shows if the mailer was tampered with. For e-commerce returns, a second adhesive strip lets the customer reseal and send the item back in the same mailer, which removes the cost of a return label pouch and a second bag.
Full color or kraft
Print is matched to the board so you only pay for the finish you need. White SBS and grey-back board take full-color offset for brand patterns, logos, and inside print, managed to G7 with X-Rite measurement and a signed contract proof so the color holds across reorders. Kraft runs water-based ink for a one or two color logo at a lower cost and a visible recycled look. A flat brand color that has to stay exact across runs is best set as a spot rather than a four-color build.
Plastic-free paper that recycles
The body is single-material paper, so it goes in the household paper stream and carries an honest recyclable claim, unlike a poly mailer. The peel-and-seal strip uses an adhesive, and the standard release liner is discarded at packing, so for a fully plastic-free line we offer a paper-based release liner or the tuck-lock closure with no adhesive at all. FSC-certified board and recycled content are available on request for sustainability programs and EU market rules.
Sizes and fit
Size is cut to your shipment. We engineer the dieline to the contents so a garment or a stack of prints sits snug, which protects the item and avoids paying postage on dead space. Standard apparel and document sizes are stocked patterns, and any custom flat size is available. Send the dimensions and weight of what you ship and we return a fitted dieline and a sample.
Ordering
Send your contents dimensions, target quantity, destination market, and artwork, and we return an engineered dieline, a recommended board and print method, and a quote. We can ship a blank structural sample or a printed digital proof for your approval before the run. There is no strict minimum, though unit cost drops as quantity rises. FSC chain of custody, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and G7 color management are on file.
FAQ
Is the mailer fully plastic-free?
The paper body is recyclable and plastic-free. The standard peel-and-seal strip uses an adhesive with a release liner that is discarded at packing. For a fully plastic-free spec, ask for a paper-based release liner or the tuck-lock closure, which seals without any adhesive.
Can I print full color with my brand pattern?
Yes. White and grey board print full color by offset, inside and out, matched to an agreed tolerance with a proof before the run. Kraft prints one or two colors in water-based ink for a lower-cost eco look.
Does it work for returns?
Yes. A double peel-and-seal option adds a second adhesive strip so the customer reseals and returns the item in the same mailer, which removes the need for a separate return bag.
What order quantity makes sense?
There is no strict minimum, but print plates and setup spread over the run, so small batches carry a higher unit cost and the price falls with volume. Tell us your launch quantity and reorder forecast and we will advise on the break points.
Do you handle international shipping?
Yes. We export under standard Incoterms such as FOB and CIF, and we advise on carton and pallet fit so the order ships efficiently and lands at a sensible cost.
